Per our covenant, all outside changes to your home must first be approved

by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

To submit a request, go to https://www.heritageproperty.com/ and log on to the Vantaca portal and select "Request" on the menu and "ARC Request", and we will get back to you usually within 10 business days after all information is received.
