Pool Rules
The swimming pool opens May 23, 2025
-
No Lifeguard is on duty.
-
No diving.
-
No pushing people into the pool.
-
No Smoking.
-
Glass items such as bottles, plates, etc. are not allowed in the pool areas.

No plug-in electrical devices on the pool deck.
-
No swimming during inclement weather.

Be considerate of other guests regarding music and foul language.

Do not prop open pool gate.

For safety, know your child's ability and maturity prior to allowing them access to the pool without supervision. It is preferred that a parent or guardian at least 18 years of age, be with minors at all times.

Clean up all trash after using the pool and close the table umbrellas after use to avoid damage.

Uninvited guests or residents who do not have an access card should not be allowed inside.

The pool area cannot be reserved for scheduled private parties, however, if you are using the pool area for a small gathering, please keep in mind other residents can also have access during the event.

Please turn off ceiling fan using wall lever if you are the last to leave.

Pool closes at 8:30 pm. Access cards will not work after this time.

Any minors found in the pool area after dark, vandalizing or behaving inappropriately will have their parents contacted and possibly the police. If the nature of the act is serious enough, pool access could be revoked.

Residents not abiding by the rules stated will have their pool privileges revoked by deactivation of their access cards.

No Parking at Pool
The area is not an overflow lot for your home. Parking is not allowed at the pool unless you are using the amenities in the common area. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed by Marietta Wrecker Co.
Access Card Rules

Only residents in good standing with HOA fees will have active pool cards. Cards will be deactivated prior to the pool opening for any residences that have outstanding balances.

If you need a new or replacement pool card, please contact the property manager Zach Miller via email at zmiller@heritageproperty.com or call 770.451.8171. He will verify that your account is current and notify the HOA Board to issue a card.

There will be a $25.00 fee for the replacement for lost or damaged cards and you need to report the loss of the card as soon as possible so it can be activated.

The card is the property of Macland Park HOA. You must agree to protect the card from damage and wear as CARDS ARE NOT WATERPROOF.

Card access is electronically monitored and logged. You are responsible for anyone using the card registered to you. Do not lend or give your pool card to anyone outside of your household.

Prior to moving, card must be returned to the HOA
